Frequently Asked Questions

Are you a factory business?

No. We are a small artisan business that makes all of our products to order, by hand.

Where are the products made?

We have a small workshop in Twickenham, south west London. Regrettably we do not have facilities for customers to visit.

What woods do you use?

We use sustainably sourced hardwoods. These include Beech, Sapele, Oak, Maple, Walnut, Cherry, Purple Heart and Paduak.

Are the products made by hand?

Yes. We do, of course, use woodworking equipment to cut and shape the products etc, but there is no factory process or production line.

What is the average delivery time?

All products are made to order. Typically you should allow 14 days for delivery. If we are unable to meet that deadline due to demand, then information will be posted on the website prior to ordering.

Are the designs unique?

Absolutely! We create all or products, engravings, inlays etc. in our CAD software in the office, test them in our workshop and finally release them to the website when we are certain that they are perfect.

You might find some of our products on other websites as we sell through a number of mediums and we offer selected charities a substantial discounted rate so that they can raise much-needed funds.
